• Conduct in-depth consultations with parents to assess their children's academic strengths, challenges, and goals. • Advise families on Dojo Tutor's services, aligning our offerings with the student's specific learning needs. • Manage the sales process from initial contact to enrollment, ensuring a seamless experience for families. • Consistently meet or exceed daily activity metrics and monthly revenue goals. • Accurately document all interactions and maintain up-to-date records in the Customer Relationship Management system.
• Bachelor's degree preferred. • Minimum of 2 years of classroom teaching experience. • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. • Interest or experience in sales, with a focus on consultative approaches. • Comfortable using CRM systems and virtual communication tools. • Strong commitment to understanding and fulfilling client needs. • Ability to work a full-time schedule, including some evenings and weekends. • Stable, distraction-free remote work environment with a reliable high-speed internet connection.
