📋 Description
• Lead and develop a high-performing Data Science and Analytics Engineering team • Drive data-led product improvements across growth, engagement, and monetization • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Leadership to shape strategy • Build systems and frameworks that improve decision speed and clarity • Establish clear and trusted metrics and data definitions • Integrate AI into data workflows to improve efficiency and insight generation • Maintain a high hiring bar and strong team culture

• You have led a data team of ~10–20 people in a hands-on capacity • You have directly driven product or business impact through data • You think in terms of product outcomes, not just analysis • You are comfortable operating in ambiguity and creating structure where needed • You enjoy being both a leader and an individual contributor • You have a point of view on how AI will change data work
