📋 Description
• Work across the stack to build features and launch experiments • Build features and experiments that unlock opportunities and drive growth • Work on production code from day one in a pair programming environment • Help develop high-quality engineering culture and best practices • Code testing and daily deployment
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of professional software experience • Experience in Growth Engineering or A/B Testing • Generated and executed product experiments driving significant scale in users and revenue • Driven technical tooling and process around experimentation • Ownership mindset • Fast-paced work ethic • Thoughtful about engineering culture • Team collaboration skills • Experience in pair programming
