📋 Description

• Define goals, deliverables, milestones, and schedules for multiple projects • Own the full project lifecycle, including scope management, resource allocation, and risk mitigation • Ensure contractually binding deliverables are completed on time, within scope, within budget, and to required quality standards • Oversee projects from initial planning through implementation, acceptance, and deployment • Establish project governance and maintain detailed delivery plans • Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and ensure accountability across workstreams • Coordinate with the Country Manager, local and regional technical teams, product and R&D teams, the internal project management team in Tel Aviv, partners, and customers in South Korea • Provide regular updates, reporting, and technical demonstrations to leadership, partners, and customers • Represent Classiq at industry events, workshops, and academic venues • Monitor project KPIs, including schedule, deliverable quality, and stakeholder engagement • Integrate emerging methodologies in project management, application development, and quantum software development

🎯 Requirements

• Native-level Korean and professional fluency in English • Bachelor’s (or advanced) degree in Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, or similar • 3+ years of project/program management experience in high-tech or deep-tech environments • Solid understanding of quantum computing, or high motivation and capability to learn quantum computing algorithms • Experience working with research or software teams and public/private partnerships • Excellent communication skills, including translating complex technical matters for diverse stakeholders • Proficiency with project planning and tracking tools, Gantt charts, milestone management, risk registers, resource planning, and status reporting • PMP or similar certification (bonus) • Experience implementing Lean Six Sigma or similar principles for software development projects (bonus)
