📋 Description

• Lead projects from research and discovery to final delivery, ensuring client-ready results; • Review and refine team work, provide constructive feedback, and step in with hands-on support when needed; • Mentor and guide UI/UX Designers, helping them grow and maintaining high design standards; • Take responsibility for client updates – from final design checks to organizing presentation materials; • Improve workflows, optimize design processes, and keep project files and documentation organized; • Validate design estimates and communicate priorities early to support effective project planning; • Oversee design system creation and implementation, ensuring consistency across projects; • Foster a collaborative design culture through guidelines, workshops, and knowledge sharing.

🎯 Requirements

• You have 5+ years of digital design experience, including at least 2+ years in a leadership role within an agency or product team; • You combine strong hands-on UI/UX skills with the ability to guide, mentor, and inspire designers; • You thrive on solving complex UX challenges and aligning design decisions with business strategy and user needs; • You have experience leading projects from research to delivery, ensuring quality and consistency at every stage; • You are confident in conducting design reviews, giving constructive feedback, and setting clear quality standards; • You know how to build and manage design systems, ensuring scalability and consistency across products; • You are skilled in design operations: organizing workflows, structuring files, preparing documentation, and optimizing collaboration; • You can collaborate effectively with PMs, developers, ensuring smooth delivery and implementation of design work; • You are comfortable taking responsibility for client-facing deliverables and presentations, ensuring everything is polished and clear; • You possess strong written English skills, fluency in spoken English is preferred; • Your timezone is within a 2-hour range of CET.
