• Develop and implement comprehensive risk management and safety strategies and programs • Ensure all operations comply with relevant EHS law and regulations • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement corrective measures • Work closely with other departments and stakeholders to align risk management strategies • Provide training to staff about risk management and promote a culture of risk awareness • Maintain emergency response plans and procedures
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in Risk Management, Construction Management, or Occupational Safety or a related field • 4-6 years of experience as an occupational health, safety and risk manager • OSHA 30 certified (ASP or CSP certification preferred) • Thorough Knowledge of OSHA regulations (federal, state and local) and industry best practices • Spanish Speaking/Bilingual preferred
