📋 Description

• Gather and organize merchant feedback, support tickets, and usage data to help identify pain points and opportunities • Assist in writing clear requirement docs (PRDs, user stories) • Track feature adoption and performance metrics; build reports and analyses for the team • Support competitor and market research to spot trends in the app industry • Coordinate with engineering, design, and merchant success to keep projects on track and follow up on action items • Build understanding of shopper behavior and market context as a foundation for future roadmap ownership

🎯 Requirements

• ~2 years of experience in a related field • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Analytical mindset with comfort working with data • Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and a proactive attitude • Ability to work cross-functionally and take feedback well • Fluent in English
