📋 Description

• Guide energy teams in identifying, evaluating, and implementing energy efficiency activities in commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities • Help program participants apply the principles of continuous improvement to energy management through group workshops and individual coaching

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified applicants must live within California, with a significant preference for Central CA (Bay Area/Fresno) for regular client travel • Motivate and coach plant/facility management and teams • Guide the development of overall continuous improvement plans • Facilitate training workshops and onsite energy audits and other one-on-one events • Analyze performance of industrial processes using monitoring equipment and statistical analysis • Write reports for technical and non-technical audiences • Conduct site walk-throughs to identify energy savings opportunities • Develop site improvement plans • Use MS Word to create high-quality documentation following proper styles, cross-referencing, and professional layout standards • Develop visually engaging and well-structured presentations in MS PowerPoint, applying advanced design features for clarity and impact • Create and customize slide masters to ensure consistent branding and layout across all slides • Demonstrate familiarity with formulas and graphical data representation/interpretation in Excel
