📋 Description

• Ensure smooth delivery of projects and programs, both internally and externally • Adhere to program, practice, and operations guidelines • Adhere to data management practices including rebate processing, invoicing, and queue management • Support various stakeholders with technical written and verbal communication • Attend staff meetings and other program support • Complete special projects

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of relevant industry experience – data processing, queue management, customer service, etc • 1-2 years of Excel experience • Associate's degree preferred • Salesforce experience preferred
