📋 Description

• Manage program data and conduct analysis. • Assists Program Manager with Program utility braiding and other program metrics. • Perform client and internal reporting and communications with exceptional attention to accuracy and professionalism. • Train, review work quality, oversee timelines, address system functionality, and drive process improvements in cooperation with co-workers. • Enter, track and report on customer data using a variety of tools. • Communicate with customers regarding Program eligibility via email and phone. • Participate in team and/or client meetings to provide updates and address action items, identify and escalate issues or areas of concern. • Other duties as Program needs may change or require.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-6 years’ experience in data management and customer service • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Proficiency in Excel - able to perform intermediate to advanced level functions.
