📋 Description

• Manage significant cross-functional business processes and policies with broad impact on the company or practice. • Provide exceptional customer service during in-home visits, clearly explaining procedures and next steps. • Assess residential homes to identify improvement opportunities. • Drive process and protocol enhancements across functions or companies; coordinate implementation and manage multiple contractor relationships impacting overall performance. • Review and process quotes and invoices. • Lead identification, prioritization, and improvement of business systems with enterprise-wide influence. • Oversee budget management for major initiatives and support contract portfolio administration at the practice or company level.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in home repair, weatherization, residential construction, building science, or similar fields. • High School diploma or GED. • Background in program coordination and customer service. • Knowledge of finance and budget management. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation. • Ability to pass background check and drug screening. • Must reside in Michigan.
