📋 Description

• Lead the design, commercialization, and successful realization of energy solutions across utility and public-sector programs. • Develop high-quality, client-specific solutions during the sales and proposal process. • Ensure those solutions are executable, scalable, and deliver measurable outcomes in the market. • Operate as a strategic leader, solution architect, and practice builder, influencing program design across geographies. • Define and standardize solution design methodologies, frameworks, and best practices across the organization. • Mentor and develop junior consultants and team members, strengthening internal consulting capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in energy efficiency, demand-side management, electrification, or related fields. • Demonstrated success designing and delivering complex energy programs or solutions. • Strong financial modeling, analytical, and data interpretation skills (Excel, PowerBI or similar tools). • Deep familiarity with regulated utility environments, filings, and evaluation frameworks. • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results under tight timelines. • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.
