📋 Description
• Handle treasury activities related to incentive processing such as prefunds, reimbursements, variance reconciliations. • Code and record bank activity to the ledger, transfer funds and reconcile bank accounts daily. • Apply customer payments and resolve unapplied payments timely • Set up wire payments via bank portals, verify payment information • Match merchant settlements to reports, upload details to ERP • Assist with month-end close • Complete month-end reconciliations analyze variances • Prepare, process, and record journal entries related to cash and incentives including supporting documentation • Provide support to internal and external audits • Prepare ad-hoc reports and provide support to special projects as assigned by management.
🎯 Requirements
• A bachelor’s degree in accounting, required • 8+ years of relevant experience • Proficiency complex reconciliation and variance analysis, required • Experience with accounting systems, especially WorkDay, is desirable • JPM Access portal desirable
