📋 Description

• Lead QA efforts toward successful project delivery • Define and evolve comprehensive automation, regression, performance, and release testing strategies • Architect, build, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks • Write and review high-quality automated test scripts • Develop and execute automated API, UI, integration, regression, and performance test suites • Own and prioritize the QA backlog • Serve as the point of escalation for QA matters • Troubleshoot complex defects by analyzing logs and system behavior • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product Management, QA, and Leadership • Champion quality engineering best practices • Mentor and develop QA Engineers • Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and building a high-performing QA practice

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Quality Engineering in B2B SaaS • 3+ years of test automation experience (e.g., Katalon, Playwright, Selenium) • Depth of experience as a practitioner writing test cases and enabling automation strategies • Strong understanding of test methodologies, test case coverage analysis and effective hardening and exploration strategies • Experience with performance testing (e.g., Jmeter, NeLoad, LoadRunner) • Experience with API testing (e.g., Postman, Python, SmartBear) • Strong collaboration and problem-solving abilities • Bachelor’s in Computer Science
