📋 Description

• Work as a Product Design Intern supporting brand, marketing, and sales design needs with growth into Product Design • Report into Sr Product Designer with dotted-line mentorship from a Product Designer • Design brand assets for marketing, sales, and partnerships including pitch decks, landing pages, collateral, and campaign visuals • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, GTM, and Engineering to ensure visual alignment across external and internal experiences • Support and evolve Clerkie’s visual identity and brand system • Contribute to product and UX work across web and mobile design as you grow in the role • Participate in portfolio deep dives, design challenge reviews, and cross-team feedback sessions • Start as a full-time 3–9 month intern with the goal to convert to a full-time employee after the program

🎯 Requirements

• A strong portfolio that showcases your design thinking and visual design skills, especially across brand, visual, or marketing design work • Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) • A collaborative, curious mindset and a desire to learn product and UX design • An eye for detail and a love for great aesthetics • The ability to communicate your ideas clearly and thoughtfully • Coachability, adaptability, a growth mindset, and an eagerness to learn • Solid grasp of core visual-design fundamentals: typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy • Appetite and/or experience designing for digital products or UX (nice-to-have) • Exposure to design thinking principles or cross-functional product teams (nice-to-have) • Prior experience at a startup or in a fast-paced environment (nice-to-have) • Basic knowledge of responsive web or mobile design (nice-to-have) • Familiarity with marketing tools or CMS platforms (nice-to-have) • Exposure to 3D tools like Cinema 4D (nice-to-have) • Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. (unable to sponsor visas)
