📋 Description

• Oversee research personnel within assigned area, ensuring orientation and training in standard operating procedures (SOPs) • In collaboration with department administrative leader, responsible for leading recruitment efforts such as initial screening of biostatistical candidates • Provide statistical expertise to other biostatisticians, including the appropriate methods for study design, sample size estimation, development of instruments for data collection • Maintain professional relationships, including frequent and open effective communication with internal and external constituents • Ensure equitable distribution of workload and allocation of resources

🎯 Requirements

• Master's Degree in Biostatistics, Statistics or a related field • Excellent interpersonal skills, management/leadership abilities • Demonstrated excellence in statistical methodology • Expertise in standard statistical software • Understanding of database packages for optimal data extraction and utilization • Demonstrated written and verbal skills
