📋 Description

• Publish content daily on the brand's social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) • Assist in organizing the editorial calendar. • Monitor comments, mentions and messages, forwarding requests when necessary. • Track basic performance of posts and produce simple reports. • Manage relationships with influencers and partner agencies. • Collect and monitor influencers' deliverables and results (reach, engagement, brand mentions). • Organize and monitor contracts and delivery deadlines. • Support recordings, events, activations and content productions. • Oversee and validate OOH (out of home) activations, documenting them with photos and performing basic technical assessments. • Manage the virtual store's inventory, ensuring correct updates of products, quantities and shipments. • Assist the team with administrative and operational tasks related to communication and marketing.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience (internship, freelance or full-time) with social media, influencer marketing or digital marketing. • Basic knowledge of tools such as: • ClickUp or other task management tools. • Excel/Spreadsheets • Meta Business Suite / TikTok Business • Influencer platforms (optional) • Basic understanding of social media and digital metrics. • Organized and able to multitask, with agility and a sense of urgency; • Good written and verbal communication; • High energy and fast-paced work style, motivated by challenges and growth; • Positively restless when facing obstacles, proactively seeking quick and effective solutions; • Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-growing, innovative, start-up environment. • Experience with e-commerce or inventory management. • Experience monitoring OOH campaigns or producing events. • Ability to liaise and build relationships with influencers. • Enjoy a dynamic routine and fieldwork (external visits).
