• Location: Remote (US or International) • Compensation | Base: $70,000–$80,000 | OTE: $90,000–$100,000 • Reports to: CEO • Are you obsessed with performance creative and thrive on producing high-converting ad concepts that scale? • Do you want to lead a high-performing creative team and drive massive ROI for top-tier clients? • Client Accelerators is hiring a Senior Creative Strategist to lead creative ideation and performance. • You’ll manage a team of videographers, designers, and copywriters—owning the entire creative cycle from concept to launch. • If you live for hitting KPIs, love mentoring top creative talent, and want to lead breakthrough campaigns, this is the role for you.

🎯 Requirements

• You are NOT just a thinker — you're a doer who thrives in a high-performance environment. • 4+ years in creative strategy, direct response, or performance creative roles • Proven track record managing creative teams (copywriters, editors, designers). • Mastery in ideating and launching direct-response video ads (YouTube, Facebook, TikTok). • Strong leadership and communication skills; thrives in a high-accountability, fast-paced environment. • Experience working with data-driven decision-making and KPIs. • Prior experience in coaching and consulting industries is a plus. • Experience working cross-functionally with creative and media buying teams • Bonus Points If You... • Have experience working with info-product, coaching, or eComm brands • Know how to translate quantitative performance data into qualitative creative insights • Use tools like Figma, Motion, or ad-level analytics platforms • Have built creative testing frameworks or creative performance libraries
