📋 Description
• Design and develop innovative precast concrete products. • Create and review detailed structural drawings and 'Issued For Manufacture' documentation. • Support lifting design development, ensuring safety compliance. • Contribute to New Product Development (NPD) projects from concept to implementation. • Conduct advanced structural calculations and analysis for complex precast elements. • Collaborate with manufacturing teams to optimize design efficiency. • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance. • Drive process improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices.
🎯 Requirements
• A fully equipped home office (desktop/laptop, headset, stable internet connection, webcam). • Internet speed of at least 50 Mbps and a contingency plan for power and connectivity disruptions.
