📋 Description

• Design and develop innovative precast concrete products. • Create and review detailed structural drawings and 'Issued For Manufacture' documentation. • Support lifting design development, ensuring safety compliance. • Contribute to New Product Development (NPD) projects from concept to implementation. • Conduct advanced structural calculations and analysis for complex precast elements. • Collaborate with manufacturing teams to optimize design efficiency. • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance. • Drive process improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field. • 4-6 years of proven experience in structural engineering, with a strong focus on precast concrete. • Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks preferred). • Strong understanding of concrete structure design principles and industry standards. • Experience with finite element analysis software and BIM concepts. • Ability to manage smaller projects independently. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts. • Self-motivated and experienced in remote work environments.
