📋 Description
• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries • Maintain and update QuickBooks Online records • Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end and year-end closings • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum **10 years of bookkeeping experience** • **Expertise in QuickBooks Online** • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines • Must be legally authorized to work in the **United States**
