• Active, customer-focused leadership of your team – motivating, dependable, and personable • Advising and selling our top brands CAMP DAVID & SOCCX with passion • Creative merchandise presentation and visual storytelling at the point of sale • Responsibility for cash handling, complaints, returns, and inventory management • Organization of goods receipt and quality control • Preparation of staff and shift planning • Employee development through on-the-job training and coaching • Analysis of sales figures and implementation of sales-promoting measures

• You are a passionate salesperson (m/f/d) with leadership experience in fashion retail • You love to inspire people – both customers and your team • Analytical thinking and a good understanding of numbers are as natural to you as empathy and team spirit • You are characterized by a sense of responsibility, a hands-on mentality, and strong organizational skills • You are eager to actively shape fashion and the in-store experience
