• Lead meeting planning and coordination • Organize and manage meetings, agenda, notes, and follow-ups • Support recruitment and onboarding of new staff members • Support development and management of subrecipient contracts and processing of invoices • Ensure knowledge flows for the team • Write, edit, and format reports and presentations • Manage and organize program documents, data, and files • Provide thought partnership with team leadership
• Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of work experience in an operations capacity or a related field • A strong desire to create positive change on a big scale • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and set priorities across a complex, fast-moving environment • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to promote consensus and resolve issues proactively • Entrepreneurial mindset, including ability to work independently in a remote environment • Strong work ethic, supported by commitment and follow-through • Excellent communication and presentation skills • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word • Experience coordinating travel logistics, event planning, or international convenings is a plus
