📋 Description
• Design analytical models that can support programmatic decision making by TB programs • Prepare analysis and build tools to support introduction and scale up of new drugs, diagnostics and programmatic interventions • Develop demand forecasts and market models under various scenarios • Design data collection approaches and interface with CHAI’s country teams • Present analytical findings to internal and external partners • Serve as a trusted advisor to CHAI country teams • Support proposal development as well as donor reporting
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree with 2–4 years of relevant experience • Exceptional analytical capabilities and strong written and oral communication skills • Ability to think strategically, handle ambiguity, and problem solve in a fast-paced environment • Entrepreneurial mindset, including ability to work independently, self-motivate, and propose new initiatives • Able to work well in a diverse work environment • High level of proficiency in use of AI tools and Microsoft Office
