📋 Description
• Ensure everyone has access to the products and platforms they need • Support our corporate team by resolving IT and security-related issues as quickly and effectively as possible • Improve the operational efficiency of our systems and infrastructure • Manage current security policies and expand on security policies • Manage relationships for several of the central vendors/platforms in our tech stack
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years experience working in IT (or a similar field) in a fast-paced, high growth environment • Familiar with SSO, SAML, IAM and other integration and access management processes/workflows • Familiar with email configuration, DNS, domain management and domain security • Experience engaging with corporate employees about technical issues/challenges, and resolving said issues quickly and effectively
