📋 Description

• Own outbound growth across the editor staffing business and creative agency • Determine target audiences, messaging, channels, and outreach approach • Test hypotheses about the target market for the paid ads offer through conversations with buyers • Define ideal clients and build targeted prospect lists for staffing and paid ads • Write outbound messaging and sequences across email, LinkedIn, and other channels • Run outreach and follow-up consistently • Book qualified meetings and hand them off to the partner who runs sales calls, with clear notes • Set up and maintain the CRM, prospecting data, and email deliverability tools • Select channels to test, establish success criteria and timelines, track weekly results, and decide whether to scale, adjust, or stop tests • Guide teammates supporting outreach and shape their processes • Test paid ads segments and channels during the first 90 days • Establish a paid ads target market, generate steady qualified outbound meetings, and create a repeatable playbook within six months • Report directly to a business partner

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience in outbound, lead generation, or growth, whether in strategy, execution, or both • Familiarity with paid social (Meta, TikTok, YouTube ads), or a real interest in learning it fast • Strong research skills using tools like LinkedIn and the Meta Ad Library • Excellent written English • Ability to overlap at least 2 hours a day with US Central mornings • Ability to use AI tools to learn new areas quickly, draft faster, and check the work • Curiosity and quick learning • Comfort with ambiguity • Strategic and creative hypothesis formation and testing • Disciplined experimentation with clear success criteria • Strong organization • Nice to have: experience at an agency, creative, or B2B services company • Nice to have: familiarity with the creator economy
