• Identify and engage potential customers across logistics, freight forwarding, and 3PL sectors • Conduct outbound cold calls (60–70 daily), emails, and follow-ups to generate qualified leads • Develop marketing strategies and maintain an active sales funnel • Present company services effectively to prospects and convert leads into customers • Track and analyze sales performance and maintain accurate CRM records
• 3–4 years of outbound sales experience (BPO/KPO experience preferred) • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
