• Provide comprehensive virtual primary care services for acute, chronic, and preventive health concerns • Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care aligned with organizational clinical standards • Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation for all patient encounters • Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers and interdisciplinary care teams • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, peer reviews, and provider development programs • Support clinical workflow optimization and operational improvements • Adhere to productivity, quality, and patient-experience expectations • Serve as collaborating physician for APPs where required by state regulations
• MD or DO from an accredited institution • Completion of Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency program • Minimum of 2 years post-residency clinical experience preferred • Virtual care/telemedicine experience preferred • Board Certified or Board Eligible • Active and unrestricted physician license in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, DC preferred • At least 5 of state licenses from : AL, AZ, CT, HI, IA, MN, NE, NH, NJ, NC, OH, RI, SC, SD, WA • DEA license with ability to obtain additional state licenses as needed • Strong communication skills and commitment to patient-centered care.
