• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships; manage expectations • Understand client goals, business challenges and industry trends • Coordinate with projects, support and product teams to ensure on-time delivery • Monitor service quality, handle escalations and resolve issues swiftly • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive account growth • Drive renewals and retention strategies for sustained partnerships • Provide regular performance reports and lead review meetings • Keep detailed documentation of account activities and communications
• 2–4 years’ experience in account management, client servicing or customer success • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and problem-solving skills • Strong organizational ability; adept at managing multiple accounts • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) and MS Office/Google Workspace • Fluent in English and Hindi
