📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain the automation and data infrastructure that powers the business • Own critical reporting systems, AI-powered workflows, and business automations across departments • Build systems that eliminate repetitive work using AI-powered automations • Transform data into reliable business insights and maintain production Power BI dashboards • Manage scheduled refreshes, gateway connections, database structures, and reporting infrastructure • Maintain data integrity and resolve inconsistencies across various business systems • Document systems, workflows, automations, and technical processes • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand operational pain points and recommend scalable improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years building business automations and data solutions within a B2B environment • Strong Power BI experience including dashboards, data models, DAX, and production reporting • Hands-on experience with Python and SQL for data transformation and automation • Experience using automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, or similar low-code tools • Practical experience leveraging AI platforms such as GPT or Claude for workflow automation • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, structured tables, and connected workbooks • Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and modern SaaS ecosystems • Excellent English communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
