• Location: Remote (Latin America) | Type: Full-Time | Contract: Independent Contractor • Cloud Accountant Staffing is seeking an experienced US Payroll Specialist to join our fully remote team. • In this role, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing across multiple clients in the United States, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution. • This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a fast-growing accounting staffing firm where your payroll expertise supports key operational functions and client satisfaction.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in US payroll processing • Experience managing payroll for 100+ employees across multiple clients • Strong knowledge of US payroll laws and multi-state tax regulations • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting
