• Shape the future of DevOps with your ability to: • Drive go-to-market strategy: Design and continuously refine a strategy that links CloudBees Unify messaging, packaging, pricing, and channel plays to concrete pipeline and revenue targets. • Craft the narrative: Build crisp messaging, positioning, and value props that span CloudBees Unify, our Agentic AI capabilities, and adjacent offerings. • Launch solutions: Drive GTM plans, from packaging to demand gen, to bring new solution bundles to market. • Fuel demand: Partner with marketing teams on campaigns, webinars, and events that create pipeline in target verticals. • Be a thought leader: Elevate CloudBees’ voice by publishing opinionated content, briefing analysts, and speaking at industry events so we’re seen as the authority on DevOps and agentic AI. • Enable the field: Arm Sales, SEs, and Partners with playbooks, competitive insights, and customer-facing collateral that win deals. • Lead with data: Define success metrics, track adoption, and iterate quickly based on market feedback. • Be the voice of the customer: Gather market, buyer, and competitive intelligence to shape roadmap and pricing decisions. • Leverage AI: Use generative AI to automate research, sharpen messaging, and accelerate GTM execution, multiplying the team’s impact and productivity.
• 8+ years in product or solutions marketing for DevOps, developer platforms, or adjacent SaaS products. • Track record of launching multi-product solutions that generated measurable revenue impact. • Deep understanding of software delivery and the enterprise buyer journey. • Talent for translating technical capabilities into clear, business-level value. • Strong storyteller with executive presence and proven cross-functional leadership. • Comfortable working Agile across globally distributed teams; bias for action and experimentation. • Bonus points • Experience marketing AI/ML or agentic-AI-driven developer tools. • Familiarity with regulated industries (finance, healthcare, public sector).
