📋 Description

• Own the technical side of the sales cycle, including discovery, demos, technical presentations, and proof-of-value engagements • Map customer DevOps workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and toolchains • Demonstrate how CloudBees Unify layers governance and evidence across existing tools without rip-and-replace • Translate technical requirements into solutions addressing audit readiness and safe adoption of AI-generated code • Contribute to architecture discussions • Support RFPs and security questionnaires • Act as the technical bridge between customers, Sales, Product, and Engineering • Bring field insight back to shape the product roadmap • Stay current on DevOps and AI-assisted development trends, the competitive landscape, and CloudBees product updates • Serve as a trusted technical advisor for prospects and customers across the Middle East and Africa

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in a Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or similar customer-facing technical role • Fluent Arabic and English • Strong command of DevOps concepts, CI/CD, and modern software delivery practices • Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Git, Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to engineers and executives • Comfort with the pace and ambiguity of a fast-moving company • Background as a Software Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or SRE (nice to have) • Experience across MEA enterprise or public-sector accounts (nice to have) • Familiarity with enterprise security, compliance, and governance requirements, including ISO 27001, SOC 2, ADGM/DIFC requirements, and change management (nice to have) • Experience selling or supporting SaaS or platform products (nice to have)
