📋 Description

• Provision, configure, deploy, and tune Layer 2/3 networks across cloud, data center, lab, and office environments • Maintain high-capacity 10 GbE–100 GbE links, routing protocols, throughput, and capacity dashboards • Proactively resolve network bottlenecks to meet strict uptime targets • Automate network operations, provisioning, and change management using Ansible, Python, and Terraform • Troubleshoot physical, logical, and cloud-edge issues, including P1/P2 incidents • Maintain operational runbooks, network topology diagrams, capacity plans, and change management records • Support cross-functional engineering, SRE, InfoSec, and Infrastructure Operations teams • Manage certificates and keys, enforce firewall policies, and remediate switch vulnerabilities with InfoSec • Support physical data center operations, including OS upgrades and switching/routing configurations

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant technical studies or a BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field • 3+ years of hands-on enterprise, data center, or cloud network operations experience • Experience with L2/L3, Ethernet, VLAN, STP, BGP/OSPF, VPNs, routing, and switching • Experience managing Cisco/Meraki, Dell, Juniper, and Palo Alto firewalls • Traffic analysis and security hardening experience • Linux networking fundamentals, including bridges, bonding, iptables, and namespaces • Hands-on Kubernetes networking experience, including CNIs, service mesh, and ingress • OpenStack networking experience • Awareness of distributed storage connectivity, such as Ceph • Proficiency with Python, Ansible, or Terraform • Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud infrastructure, including VPCs, Direct Connect/ExpressRoute, and Transit Gateway • Familiarity with network monitoring, alerting tools, diagnostic dashboards, and troubleshooting • Clear technical communication and strong documentation skills • Availability for on-call work when needed • CCNA, CCNP, PCNSE, or relevant public cloud networking certifications may also be held • Must not require immigration sponsorship
