• Serve as principal value architect for strategic deals within a defined sales territory • Direct stakeholder mapping and alignment to a series of senior sales leaders and their supporting account managers, solution engineers, and other members of the extended account team • Ownership of value-focused customer engagements and customer interactions within your territory • Execute on global strategic initiatives, including Value Management-specific thought leadership and cross-functional initiatives with a value bent • Develop value frameworks and value calculation methodologies • Build value case studies / realization studies in partnership with customers • Develop & launch value-based corporate sales plays
• 3-5+ years in strategy consulting, value engineering, or equivalent customer-facing roles • Significant experience driving customer engagements and/or working cross-functionally with a large or dynamic organization • High ownership mindset, with the ability to operate independently in ambiguous, high-growth environments • Strong ability to reason in a structured manner, and deep experience with quantitative analysis • Strong ambition and desire to learn more about (1) data and AI technology, and (2) value selling methodologies • Hands-on experience using AI tools for greater working efficiency • Excellent communication skills, with particular experience explaining complex technical concepts to a lay audience • Willingness to travel for customer meetings and team colocation (~25%)
