📋 Description
• Act as technical customer advocate within Cloudflare and aid customers • Work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Support teams • Create scalable solutions for customer needs and design adoption roadmaps • Ensure maximal business value and fit-for-purpose solution design • Obtain the technical win so customers choose Cloudflare solutions over competitors • Travel to customer offices, conferences and/or give talks (10-15 days per quarter)
🎯 Requirements
• Business Fluency in German • Ability to manage a project, work to deadlines, and prioritize between competing demands • Understanding of TCP & UDP differences and application suitability • Knowledge of authoritative vs recursive DNS • Understanding role of firewalls, TLS importance, HTTP • Understanding how customers make buying decisions and explain ROI • Willingness to travel 10-15 days per quarter • Bonus: Previous experience in pre-sales SE or consulting role • Bonus: Demonstrated experience with a scripting language (Python, JavaScript, Bash) • Bonus: Built or contributed to a web application • Bonus: Can describe CSRF, XSS, SQLi and Cloudflare defenses • Bonus: Understanding/experience with PCI DSS, HIPAA, SOC-2 • Bonus: Exposure to SASE and Zero Trust
