• Responsible for the management and cultivation of an assigned market • Develop and maintain dealer partnerships, selling the value of Exeter’s program • Develop and execute business strategy within assigned market that drives application and loan volume growth • Consistently meets assigned objectives • Cultivate the market identifying unsigned dealer opportunities • Extensive planning and preparation utilizing Exeter’s reporting resources • Prompt completion of administrative and team tasks • Collaborate with originations and dealer services to address market challenges
• High School diploma / GED • Three (3) plus years of successful automotive sales experience • Knowledgeable and proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products with focus on Excel and PowerPoint • No major incidences on driving record in the past 5 years. • Must have a professional appearance to support positive company image • Ability to problem solve professionally and ethically • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
