• Grow, maintain and administer server and application infrastructure • Handle escalations during major issues and communicate with customers • Ensure proper management of customer calls/tickets by the L1 team • Assist clients in resolving client-side issues not resolved by junior team members • Provide technical support for Level I-III issues via helpdesk and telephone • Create technical solutions for clients such as custom setup, upgrade, and migration plans • Follow up with unsatisfied customers to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is maintained
• Strong understanding of the Linux operating system • Experience with maintenance and support of Linux environments on bare-metal, virtual machines, cloud, and containers • B.E Computer, MCA, BCA preferred • Redhat certifications preferred • Fluent communication in English and Hindi
• Follow Leapswitch Networks policies in response time • Follow up with dedicated and major customers in any critical issues • Send RCA reports to customers in the case of any critical downtime on the services • Daily and weekly server and application maintenance to keep the servers without any issues • Provide customer support as needed, sometimes outside of traditional working hours
