• Placing a high volume of outbound calls to customers to schedule appointments. • Assisting customers with inquiries about products and services. • Providing individualized customer service of a high-standard professional level. • Building customer interest in products and services offered by our organization. • Maintaining and updating our customer database. • Providing feedback and insight on policies and processes.
• Possesses a strong desire to provide the best customer service possible. • Have flexibility of schedule to include evenings and weekends. • Adaptability to changing processes and workflows. • Availability for check-ins from Supervisors. • The ability to comfortably multi-task; listening, talking and typing simultaneously. • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, and typing skills 25 WPM.
• $15.00 hourly base pay plus Phone Time bonus. • Average agent earns $17-19 per hour with bonus • Shift differentials for night and weekend work • 401K retirement plan • Comprehensive health plan, including medical, dental and vision • Company paid sick time
