📋 Description

• Implement an in-house payroll platform with support from all relevant CloudPay departments • Reconcile pre-processing reports to ensure accuracy of information prior to payroll processing • Investigate discrepancies in payroll data and/or documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to procedures before processing • Maintain payroll records and files to provide up-to-date references and an audit trail for compliance • Analyze payroll-related information to ensure accurate distribution of funds and payroll • Enter data in compliance with French legislation • Assist in validating payroll requirements to ensure clients provide sufficient information for successful setup and configuration • Collaborate with Transition Consultants to ensure effective knowledge transfers between Project Delivery and Operations • Support parallel runs and testing for new requirements when needed • Support the software release process by validating that new features have been developed correctly • Support the Operations team in processing customer change requests and share experience to raise and improve the France team's knowledge

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in English and French are essential • Expert-level knowledge of local legal requirements, statutory forms, and reporting • Proficiency with business software: Excel, Word, Email applications, Google Apps • Experience with payroll implementation and processing • Familiarity with Cegedim TeamsRH software or similar platforms is a strong plus • Knowledge of managing the full payroll process in France and experience with international payroll • Experience with implementation processes, software changes, and onboarding new clients
