📋 Description

• Deliver end-to-end Spanish payroll processing during implementation projects • Support implementation of CloudPay’s payroll platform for Spanish clients • Validate and reconcile payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance • Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies in line with Spanish legislation • Prepare payroll reports, tax filings, and statutory documentation • Support client onboarding, payroll setup, testing, and parallel runs • Partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition into operations • Support payroll release testing and process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in end-to-end Spanish payroll processing (implementation experience preferred) • Fluent Spanish and English communication skills • Solid knowledge of Spanish payroll legislation and statutory reporting (Siltr@, AEAT, SEPE, Contrat@, Certific@, CAT365, Delt@) • Experience with payroll implementation and client delivery • Proficiency in Wolters Kluwer A3NOM (required) • Experience with SUMMAR Labour software (preferred) • Strong Excel and organisational skills
