📋 Description
• Provide support for AMS customers managing incidents and optimisation mini-projects • Configure Workday Financials systems to meet customer needs • Collaborate effectively with other teams, eg Change, Testing, PMO as required • Identify opportunities for tenant enhancements and recommend improvements • Coordinate testing efforts for the workstream and problem-solve complex issues
🎯 Requirements
• Workday Implementer experience • Workday Certified (current or expired) • Experience configuring other Workday modules • Experience of multiple Workday implementations • Chartered Accountant or equivalent, or a relevant Finance or Accounting degree • 5+ years of experience of Workday Fins/PSA configuration experience • Fluent English (written/ spoken)
