• Analyze operational efficiency — investigate why processes behave as they do and identify opportunities for optimization • Build client prioritization systems — develop algorithms to rank clients for automated workflows and operational decision-making • Optimize idle balances and cash flow patterns to maximize financial efficiency • Turn ad hoc solutions into systematic, data-driven processes that scale • Deliver actionable business intelligence that directly impacts revenue operations
🎯 Requirements
• Strong analytical foundation with proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction and analysis • Experience in business intelligence, able to translate business questions into actionable insights • Excellent communication skills to explain complex findings clearly to business stakeholders • Business acumen to quickly understand revenue operations and financial processes • Problem-solving mindset, curious about 'why' and persistent in finding answers • Ability to communicate and debate in Portuguese and English
