📋 Description
• Develop forecasting models (with support of our data wizards) to predict inflows/outflows and ensure liquidity • Design and automate treasury workflows that guarantee safe, efficient cash movements • Monitor and analyze liquidity, ALM, and profitability KPIs; benchmark against industry peers • Create and maintain tools (dashboards, reports, alerts) that ensure transparency and decision-making agility • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform financial decisions and forecasting
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in Treasury, ALM, Corporate Finance, or related roles • Proficiency in SQL and spreadsheet modeling (integrating live data, scenario forecasting) • Strong grasp of liquidity, funding, and capital management in financial institutions • Solid accounting knowledge, able to connect financial statements to forward-looking forecasts • Excellent communication skills — able to distill complex analyses into clear, actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders • Bilingual fluency (Portuguese & English) • Python proficiency (nice to have) • Familiarity with COSIF accounting standard (nice to have)
