Our Compliance Team plays a critical role in empowering our teams to build and launch disruptive products and services, while ensuring a seamless user experience aligned with regulatory frameworks. • We’re Looking For a hands-on, technically inclined compliance professional who is passionate about emerging technologies and innovative financial solutions. In this role, you’ll be deeply embedded within our product teams, working side by side to anticipate regulatory challenges, lead compliance strategies, and support the development of cutting-edge financial products.

🎯 Requirements

• A university degree in a related field and a strong passion for financial regulation. • Experience in Payment Institutions, financial institutions, and Type 3 conglomerates. • Fluency in Portuguese and advanced English, enabling you to navigate international regulatory environments with ease. • Strong technical knowledge, allowing you to effectively bridge compliance, technology, and innovation. • Experience with COSIF standards applicable to Type 3 conglomerates is required. • Experience applying artificial intelligence to compliance workflows. • Having participated in the authorization processes of financial institutions is a plus (but not mandatory).
