• Build and execute global strategies to attract top talent. • Own full-cycle recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles. • Source exceptional candidates using unconventional methods and AI tools. • Serve as the first great impression candidates have of CloudWalk. • Partner with leaders to deeply understand culture, hiring needs, and how to attract the right people. • Track, analyze, and optimize our hiring funnel.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven full-cycle recruiting experience with a track record of closing senior-level roles. • Strong online sourcing skills using global tools and platforms. • Data-driven mindset — use metrics to improve outcomes, not just report them. • Hands-on experience using AI (ChatGPT, automations, etc.) to speed up and enhance recruiting. • Ability to move fast and adapt quickly. • Fluent in English. • Fluent in Portuguese. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Curiosity, adaptability, and no attachment to “how it’s always been done.”
