📋 Description

• Lead large-scale projects from ideation through enterprise impact • Apply creative and practical problem-solving approaches • Evaluate trade-offs between customized and out-of-the-box solutions • Implement scalable, bug-free, well-tested solutions • Understand business challenges and deliver solutions to key problems • Engage stakeholders across all levels to align data science efforts with business needs • Identify and mitigate risks early • Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner • Ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives • Mentor and collaborate with peers to improve team-wide problem-solving and technical execution • Forecast project impact • Lead data-driven product performance assessment • Identify and implement strategic improvements using data-driven strategies • Lead toward improved team outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree in a quantitative field: Master’s plus 3–4 years of experience or Ph.D. plus 2+ years of experience • Strong foundation in probability, statistics, and machine learning • Proficiency with SQL, Python, and relevant machine learning/statistical packages • Experience using data science to drive enterprise value in a business function • Experience leading projects and taking large-scale initiatives from concept to measurable business impact • Experience improving others’ work through mentorship, code review, and leadership by example • Ability to clearly communicate how work contributes to business goals and aligns with top-level company objectives
