📋 Description
• Manage the day-to-day of the validation pipeline • Scout and evaluate new business opportunities • Design and run lean validation experiments • Conduct market research and customer discovery • Maintain a structured innovation pipeline
🎯 Requirements
• 3–5+ years of experience in innovation, venture building, growth, product management, or market validation roles • Familiarity with lean startup and experiment-driven methodologies • Strong analytical skills • Fluent written and spoken English • Experience in a venture studio, consultancy, or high-growth startup environment is a plus
