📋 Description

• Review and analyze a high volume of documents and email exchanges • Draft memoranda on the matters reviewed • Support the preparation of examinations for discovery/interrogatories • Identify and extract key elements • Participate in regular team meetings • Contribute to and support strategy development • Prepare materials for hearings • Perform other litigation-related duties as required

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in civil law from a recognized university • Member in good standing of the Barreau du Québec (Quebec Bar) • 1 to 5 years of relevant experience • Bilingual in French and English (required) • Excellent legal judgment and reasoning • Rigor and strong attention to detail • Diligent and reliable • Team player with a collaborative mindset • Experience with Relativity, Nextpoint, or similar e-discovery platforms is an asset
