• Take ownership of identifying, shaping, and securing new business opportunities while maximizing value from our existing client base. • Work closely with internal teams and prospective customers to promote our maintenance offering and position us as the supplier of choice within the Fire & Security sector. • Develop a strong pipeline of maintenance opportunities by identifying potential clients and building relationships with decision-makers. • Engage with current clients to understand their systems, compliance obligations, and wider safety needs, recommending relevant upgrades or enhanced maintenance packages. • Work closely with the Installation and Projects teams to ensure smooth transitions into maintenance agreements. • Take ownership of the end-to-end bid process for large PPM tenders, ensuring submissions are competitive and compliant. • Act as the primary point of contact for high-value accounts, delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships.
